We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding custom-made jewelry and items on payment/financing plans). Kindly reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

As each piece is handmade to order, returns or cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded once we receive the item.
